Munna there is no album award :P technically, you should have got 2359 album spaces if 10% of your 23593 plusses was considered, but if I remember it is maximum to 1000 album spaces for every individual. So now to increase the album spaces you need to be a platinum member where you can upload any number of images 0r delete existing images to upload more.
