sanjay (True Lover): I think BSNL is free but only for their home address. i.e.cellone.co.in.but while other sites accessing 2 paise per kb for prepaid holder. For postpaid they offer 49 and 199 monthly plan. BSNL free site not usefull for us friends. I use 199 BSNL gprs plan. (if i am wrong tell me.) *
