classmate (Banned! 4806 days 1 hr 30 min 47 Sec): Postings r deleted to reduce load on server.its on going process.we dont mind. But our postings on topic r our thoughts,opinions etc,which can be considerable long time/life to topic creator,community owner,all members etc. Many postings posted by members r useful to me in real life.if u reduce pluses for deleted posting this is unfair to that members thoughts. Pluses in not important here,incouragement to members r most imp. *
