As a mod, i try to settle disputes btw users, i swallow my anger even when it hurt me a lot (coz i dont want users to go away coz of me). Though, am nt yet financially supportive here, i like to be and am planning on doin that in the nearest future (God help me). Heart thumping and head spinning competitions involving lots and lots of people should be innovated (competitions such as MW ROADIES) that will give people compulsory tasks to fulfil (no one wud want to fail in a task) with juicy prizes as reward. Moderators and existing members shd make friends wit new members, intimate them on available features, and listen to their problems, complaints and suggestions.Thanks *
