Dark_Lord (Administrator!): staffs are not normal users? please jackwilson do not mix this. The badge staff is given because once they were active? O_O it's really not possible for someone to stay active all the time. if you are think they are not active, then they will be,but if normal user not active, the stars will fall. Staffs are exceptions, priviledged users here. After this i won't speak anymore.
