Dark_Lord (Administrator!): It comes generally from using the java-script when a friend ask you to run on the address bar where u type orkut. The main problem is that it blocks your mozilla,orkut and youtube. Also the folder into which it resides makes unavailable to explorer and inside that folder it reproduces many other files. Dark_Lord (Administrator!): First step goto command prompt and then change directory to c:/heap41a/ using cd command(cd c:/heap41a). assuming u've d c as default initial drive.Second step when you are inside that folder in command prompt. Use this command deltree *.* it will delete everything inside that folder. But be careful don't use this command on your c:/ directory. Make sure you're inside that directory heap41a *

Dark_Lord (Administrator!): Ok after that you need to do some advance level work. Goto start menu-run option and type regedit. It'll open d windows registry editor. After than you take a back-up from file option of that registry window. After than hold down ctrl+F3 that'll open a search option. Using that search for any key named heap41a.
